I moved to Monterey in 1969. At the urging of my mother, Marlene, who got her license in 1974, I got my license in 1982 and hold a Broker’s License. I started in Sacramento where I went to Sac State. I sold Real Estate, was assistant manager and new agent trainer for a 50-person office. I came back to Monterey to join my Mom in 1997 after my Dad’s passing and we worked together until she retired in 2009. Our motto was to always put the customer first and as a result most of my business is by referral. I also get good reviews as you can see. 

I have trained first time Buyer classes for the County of Monterey. I am the realtor for the City of Monterey’s affordable housing program and have helped hundreds of clients Buy and sell their properties. It is never too early to contact me.
